This series of free video-conferences, offered entirely in French, helps health care professionals gain a better understanding of the important issues various communities currently face across Canada.
The Professional Excellence Program (PEP) is offered free of charge by the Consortium national de formation en santé at the University of Ottawa. PEP is geared to both professionals and the general public.

Tuition fees must be submitted with the completed registration form. You can pay by cash or cheque (payable to Collège nordique francophone). Online registrations must be paid by credit card only. The Collège nordique francophone will charge a $35 fee for a returned cheque.
We will confirm your registration by email prior to the start of the session. Please check your inbox and junk mail folders and add us to your contact list. If you do not have access to email, your registration will be confirmed by phone. Collège nordique francophone reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum of registrations is not met. These decisions are made two business days prior to the start date. A full refund will be issued if the course is cancelled or if we are unable to offer the course you have chosen.
If you must withdraw from a course, your fees will be refunded (minus a $35 administration fee), provided you notify us before the second class. Please note that all refunds will be issued by cheque.
