Early childhood education workshops
Become a feedback pro
Date: Wednesday, May 25, 7 pm to 8:30 pm (Mountain time)
Location: On Zoom
How do you tell a colleague that you didn’t appreciate what just happened? How do you share your expectations with your management? How do you show appreciation for a team member without favoritism? How do you explain to a parent that you need more cooperation from them?
The use of effective feedback allows you to communicate your message effectively, which in turn allows the person receiving it to hear it well and to apply it. During this workshop led by Rolande Kirouac, we will practice describing the actions (what we have seen, heard and felt), explaining the effects that this behavior can have and express our expectations in a constructive and respectful way.
